We believe that one of the main problems facing sustainability progress in the fashion industry is that it is self-reported and not regulated by external parties. That is why at Della Terra we have joined forces with BCome to trace, measure, evaluate and digitalize the impacts of our products throughout their value chain.

Traceability

We are proud to only work with suppliers who share our values. To ensure fair working conditions, we regularly visit our manufacturers' facilities or apply for international accreditations and certificates that provide guaranteed reliability through third-party audits.

100% of our garments are manufactured in Colombia, close to our headquarters. This reduces our CO2 footprint and allows us to easily collaborate with our suppliers and closely monitor their social and environmental practices.

IMPACT ON

Water

We design processes to optimize our water use.
  • Recirculation of water during our industrial processes.
  • Completely eliminating water discharges from dyeing and printing processes to avoid contamination of our natural resources at all costs.
  • We only use Oeko-Tex and GRS approved chemicals for dyeing and finishing our garments.
  • We work with factories with water processes certified by recognized international entities such as ECOCERT and Bluesign.

IMPACT ON

Energy

We are deeply committed to operating on clean energy.

We have made sure that our key partners share our values ​​and care as much about the planet as we do.

  • Hemp Fortex (15% of our line) is the only authorized agent of the world-class brand "Trinasolar".
  • Fabricato: (30% of our line) self-generate 68% of their energy. This is equivalent to the energy consumption of 580,000 homes.
  • Spataro Napoli: Our main manufacturing supplier is currently upgrading its power supply to switch to solar-powered operations.
