How do I get the 10% discount on my first purchase?

To receive the 10% discount coupon on your first purchase, you must register for our newsletter. You will find the registration form in the footer of our website. Once you have subscribed, you will receive an email with a discount button that, when pressed, will automatically apply the discount to your shopping cart.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?

Our promise is to dispatch your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment so that you can track it on the carrier's website. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder.

For shipments within Colombia, the approximate delivery time for carriers is 2-3 business days for major cities, and 5-7 business days for the rest of the country.

Can I exchange or return my garment if it doesn't fit me?

Of course! At DELLA TERRA you have up to 90 days to make a free exchange and 360 days warranty on your product. For more information visit our returns and exchanges page

How do I know what my size is?

On the product page you will find the “ size guide ” which will give you the suggested body measurements for each size of our products!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our distribution center, you will receive an email with the tracking number that you can enter on the carrier's page to track your order.
